About Texas Research Center

Originally started to do clinical trials chiefly for rheumatology, the focus has widened in recent years to include more general medical studies. Our many patients find us convenient from anywhere in the Houston/Fort Bend area. Our Clinical Monitors and company representatives like the fact that we are only 22 miles southwest of downtown Houston, and easily reachable by either George Bush Intercontinental (43 mi) or William P. Hobby (30 mi) airport.

Our site has conducted clinical research in Phase II, III, and IV studies in the following therapeutic areas:

  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • COX inhibitors
  • Gout
  • Hypertension
  • Hypercholesterolemia
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Pulmonary Hypertension
